Onboard you boat you will find a PDA permanently located which gives you the ability to log online and complete a simple, but important check out procedure – This insures that the boat is in full working order when you receive the boat – and likewise when you return you check the boat back in with the same process. This technology enables you to use your yacht whenever you wish and you are not restricted to any ‘hours of operation’ restrictions – Like we said, when it’s your time to use the boat, It’s YOUR BOAT – no clock watching – No Problems!

Our unique online FlexiBook™ scheduling systemgives you the ability to book your time on the water whenever you want – all from thecomfort of your own home or office. Our trademarked FlexiBook™ system creates the fairest way to share time on a boat – anywhere - insuring you can use your yacht when YOU WANT to use it – even for last minute bookings or special occasions!
Our FlexiBook™ system keeps you in control – We don’t tell you when to go boating, you simply book the time you need, when you need it. You can view the scheduled use of the boat to see what’s available, and you can see an easy view schedule of your usage once you’re into your members only section of our website. Website Members Only Area
In addition to accessing our FlexiBook™ scheduling system, your members only area of our website will give you full access to numerous interactive and informative services specific to your boat. You will be able to view a full history of maintenance completed together with a schedule of upcoming services, you may report a malfunction or damage that was not reported during your check in procedure using your Onboard E-Ssistant™. Your access will allow you to view or download documents specific to your vessel which include instructional information and copies of insurance & registration documentation. Weather reports and Coast Guard warnings for your area can be viewed and a multitude of training documents, advice and guidance information is also available.
Your members only section of our website also contains a customized and interactive FAQ section for your boat. This will contain answer to questions and problems that other members have asked in the past together with related answers. Many questions relate to general boating and will be available to all members in the American Yacht network, however specific questions to your boat will only be visible to you and members of your yacht. These questions can range from problems starting the engines (Answer – Is the boat out of gear) to questions regarding the ice maker or air conditioning unit. What’s more, you can access this information through your Onboard E-Ssistant™ to give you the answers you need when you need them. |
